Importing templates from Clibor for Windows

Export a Templates CSV from Clibor for Windows, then import it into Clibor for Mac.

Hotkeys cannot be imported because they differ between Windows and Mac.

Some template macros are not supported yet.
Date formats are also not compatible with the Windows version, so change them as needed.
